About Us

Hello! Peter and Sara here, we are the owners behind Low Country Taps HHI. We are the husband-and-wife duo that will be a part of your entire experience, so we thought it’s only fair we share a little about us. Peter is a local fireman which is what brought our family to Hilton Head Island. On his days off he is either building classic cars or planning every detail to the next upcoming event. Sara is usually running around after one of our 3 kids, or working on new recipes for a mocktail or cocktail request. Creating new memories with our family is so important to us, we can’t wait to help create those lasting memories for your friends and family too!
